I have been a Pacific Coast Termite customer for 8 years. My recent experience has topped them all. Last fall I called when we noticed termite droppings inside the home and they were out to treat the area within a week. We had our annual inspection a month ago by Matt and found several areas that needed attention on the outside. Matt was thorough and provided a professional estimate. Within a month the wood repair team was here and provided exceptional service. Ryan and Jesse were highly skilled in repairing the damaged areas, friendly and helpful in answering my questions, cleaned up the work area thoroughly, and earned a five star ***** recommendation for their superior work. Pacific Coast Termite is fortunate to have such highly competent workers on their staff.

Because of the unusual muggy weather, we noticed flying termites everywhere on our deck, some inside the garage and some inside the house. I called Pacific Coast immediately because we were still under our 2 year warranty. Saul and Josue came out and did a very thorough job inspecting all the areas. Saul, who is very knowledgeable about the different insects, explained that there was no infestation. The flying termites were not landing because of the previous treatment. It was certainly a relief to have someone so knowledgeable assure us of the situation.
I would like to complement the Pacific Coast Termite (“PCT”) technicians that came out to inspect and treat our house for termites. We have used PCT in the past and would not hesitate to use and recommend them in the future. Alex came out and did a thorough inspection from top to bottom and Carlos and Josh came out and did the treatments on the areas that Alex found and more. Carlos and Josh also treated the entire attic of our house. All three of these gentlemen were courteous, professional, and very tidy. In today’s business environment it is very encouraging to deal with such professional and competent employees. Many thanks to Alex, Carlos and Josh!!
I want to give a shout out to Jaime Rios. He came out for a follow up visit to our property on 8/10/22 to finish up work that could not be completed the previous week. Jaime was so respectful and kind. He went above and beyond to reinspect and make sure everything was treated and cleaned up. Jaime has a work ethic and understanding of customer service that we haven’t seen for a while. Kudos to you Jaime and many thanks for being the technician that everyone hopes will show up at their property. Pacific Coast Termite is a great company, they have taken care of us in the past as well. We highly recommend them and, ask for Jaime!
