I am an extremely satisfied customer of the orange oil, treatment, and the careful restore and repair of termite damage. The gentlemen carpenters were superb. Thanks to Rick Campbell, Miguel Rosas, and Jairo Luis for excellent results of their careful work.

Wow, really like Pacific coast termites, I had a small localized area in my house. They have a crew for the inside and one for the outside. Kevin and his crew knocked out some wood rot and even painted it for me, was really satisfied with them!!

I’m a first time customer in La Mesa. Our house has not been inspected in 30 years and I expected (and would have believed) the worst. Gil did a very thorough inspection in the attic and around the house. He reported that the house has zero sign of termites and then explained possible reasons. They are very environmentally conscious which we appreciate with grand kids over all the time. I can’t say enough about their integrity and professionalism. We definitely recommend them and will use no other pest company if necessary in the future
As a satisfied customer I want to give a huge shout-out to Carlos and Rosendez for doing a great job and for sharing their knowledge. One doesn’t really think about the costly damage these termites can do . I basically had zero knowledge of how a tiny speck can create a major problem. It was my sister’s call but being I’m retired I got to see these men at work . Very professional and very polite . These two guys are for sure team players and went the extra mile of informing me about these termites. Looking forward to calling them back to do my parents house . Thank you boys for all you did for us.
On I highly recommend Pacific Coast Termite Company. The initial inspection determined that I had termite damage as well as some areas of dry rot. We scheduled the treatment appointment for 1 week later and on June 24, 2025 Ernesto, Oscar and Jason arrived right on time and after going over what was to be done and also answering the few questions that I had they went to work. They also indicated that if they saw any additional issues I would be advised. Very professional team and most importantly willing to share knowledge about the service. They stressed several times before leaving that if I saw any issues i.e. termite droppings or swarms to call the office immediately and they would be out to take care of the problem. If I could give Pacific Coast Termite Inc. more than 5 stars I would. Excellent service and team.

After termites reappeared from our treatment last year and some disagreement over how to handle the situation, Pacific Coast Termite returned today to spray a different chemical on my garage ceiling. I believe this will have a better chance of stopping my infestation. Kudos to PCT for honoring their warranty and making things right.

We also want to share how pleased we were with the service from Josh and Matt, the techs who came out on Saturday to treat our home. They were professional, thorough, and took the time to manage our expectations while explaining the treatment process in detail. Their careful and detailed work gave us confidence in the process, and they represented Pacific Coast Termite exceptionally well.
